Basketball Recap: Liberty Christian Academy Skates Past Rocky Mount Academy with Ease

Liberty Christian Academy won the last time they faced Rocky Mount Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Heat took their game with ease, bagging a 66-37 victory over the Eagles.

Leading Liberty Christian Academy to victory were Taelin Burney and Brevon Scott. Burney went 9-for-11 on his way to 19 points in addition to five rebounds and four steals, while Scott posted seven points along with ten assists and five steals. Daniel Canales was another key player, putting up eight points.

The win got Liberty Christian Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Rocky Mount Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3.
