Baseball Recap: Rose Hill Comes Up Short

After flying high against Winfield on Monday, Rose Hill came back down to earth. The Rockets wound up with the same score they had in their last game (11-3), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.

Rose Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Wellington, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Wellington beat Rose Hill by a score of 13-1 later that day.
