Volleyball Recap: Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] Triumphs

Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] won the last time they faced Quad Cities Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Spartans came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 2-0.

While Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-21.

Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge]'s first win this season bumped their record up to 1-9. As for Quad Cities Christian, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] will square off against Mercer County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Quad Cities Christian, they will venture away from home to take on Galva at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
