The South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls will challenge the Starmount Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

South Stanly is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand Christ the King a 38-0 shutout. The win was familiar territory for the Rowdy Rebel Bulls, who have now won five games in a row.

Jasiah Holt had another great game (as he tends to do), picking up 93 receiving yards and a pair of scores, while also rushing for 108 yards and one TD on only seven carries. Kaleb Richardson was another key player, throwing for 107 yards and three touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: South Stanly was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 297 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

The dominant performance also gave Best a new career-high in passer rating (177.1). Cody Hernandez was in the mix as well, providing Starmount with one score.

Starmount didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Landry Mathis. Starmount received some extra help from Hernandez, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.
