Volleyball Recap: Bountiful Falls Short of Skyline in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bountiful can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Skyline Eagles on Wednesday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat back in September.

Skyline can attribute much of their success to Maya Grant, who had 12 digs and six assists.

Bountiful's loss dropped their record down to 17-12. As for Skyline, they have been performing well recently as they've won 16 of their last 20 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season.

Bountiful does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Skyline, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Fremont on the 30th.
