Section's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Woodville Panthers 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in August.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-4. As for Woodville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Section will venture away from home to face off against Pisgah at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. After both having extra time off, Woodville and North Sand Mountain will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on the 23rd.
