It was fun while it lasted, but O'Connor's undefeated season came to an end after four games on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Corona del Mar Sea Kings. The game marked the first time this season in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.

Having lost for the first time this season, O'Connor fell to 4-1. As for Corona del Mar, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-3.

O'Connor didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Newport Harbor on the 8th. As for Corona del Mar, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Buchanan on the 8th.
