Soccer Game Preview: Prince Avenue Christian vs. Stephens County

The Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines will face off against the Stephens County Indians at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Friday, Prince Avenue Christian came up short against Franklin County and fell 4-2. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Prince Avenue Christian came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 147th, while Franklin County are ranked 344th).

Meanwhile, Stephens County kept a clean sheet against Hart County on Friday. They were the clear victors by an 8-0 margin over the Bulldogs. The result was nothing new for Stephens County, who have now won six contests by four goals or more so far this season.

Stephens County has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those four games. Prince Avenue Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
