Indianapolis Lutheran takes down Adams Central in a playoff battle

Recap: Indianapolis Lutheran Saints vs. Adams Central Flying Jets

The Indianapolis Lutheran Saints had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 35-28 win over Adams Central on Friday. The win was just business as usual for Indianapolis Lutheran, who after 13 games remain undefeated this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Indianapolis Lutheran to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jackson Willis, who threw for 241 yards and four touchdowns while completing 72.2% of his passes, and also punched in a rushing scores. Another player making a difference was Braydon Hall, who rushed for 152 yards and a touchdown.

Adams Central's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Trevor Currie, who picked up 126 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Jack Hamilton was another key contributor, rushing for 68 yards and a touchdown.

Indianapolis Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 13-0. As for Adams Central, their loss dropped their record down to 14-1.

Indianapolis Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Adams Central also has no future games currently scheduled.
