Volleyball Recap: Rocky Mountain Prep SMART Takes a Loss

On Friday, the Rocky Mountain Prep SMART Ocelotls didn't have quite enough to beat the Arrupe Jesuit Generals and fell 3-2. The Ocelotls have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rocky Mountain Prep SMART took Arrupe Jesuit into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking four-point loss. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-18, 25-15, 25-27, 15-11.

Andres Silva was a one-man wrecking crew for Arrupe Jesuit as he had 28 digs and one assist.

Rocky Mountain Prep SMART's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Arrupe Jesuit, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Rocky Mountain Prep SMART is headed away from home for the first time to face off against Canon City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Arrupe Jesuit, they will welcome Kennedy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
