Jackson South Side's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for University School of Jackson, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5-1.

University School of Jackson was able to grind out a solid win over Jackson South Side in their previous matchup back in March, winning 9-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bruins since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
