Jenkins Maxwell Game Report: vs Central Valley

While Grace Davis might've come up empty on Friday, Jenkins Maxwell wasn't going down without a fight. Maxwell picked up 1 sack and 10 tackles (2.0 for loss), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been all over the field lately: He's averaged 4.7 tackles per game over his last seven games compared to 1.3 in his first three games last season.

Coming up, Maxwell and Grace Davis will challenge Beyer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Coming in off a loss to Central Valley in their last outing, the Patriots are looking for some redemption. Will the Spartans have enough to fend them off? Check MaxPreps after the action for a full breakdown of the game and more football content.
