Baseball Recap: ED White Takes a Loss

If ED White was riding high fresh off their 18-3 takedown of Westside last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The ED White Commanders lost 17-4 to the Ribault Trojans on Thursday. The Commanders were not able to make up for their defeat to the Trojans from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Marion Laguerre made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole Three bases. while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

ED White's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Ribault, their record is now 3-4.

ED White will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Orange Park at 6:00 p.m. on March 25th. As for Ribault, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-3 victory against Raines on the 7th.
