Basketball Recap: Auburn Comes Up Short

Auburn was the 55-46 winner over Grayson County when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Auburn Eagles took a 61-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grayson County Blue Devils on Friday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Auburn's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Grayson County, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-10.

While Auburn had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
