Football Game Preview: Allentown Redbirds vs. Hightstown Rams + How To Watch

The Allentown Redbirds will take on the Hightstown Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Allentown's offense hasn't had much luck over their past three matchups, but Friday's contest will give them a chance to turn things around.

Allentown is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Ewing on Saturday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Redbirds had to suffer through a 40-7 loss at the hands of the Blue Devils. The last quarter was a mere formality, since the game's final score was reached by the end of the third quarter.

Meanwhile, Hightstown came into Friday's contest having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past West Windsor-Plainsboro South, posting a 35-7 victory. The Rams' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Hightstown's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Allentown, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Everything came up roses for Allentown against Hightstown in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 39-6 victory. Will the Redbirds repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
