Soccer Recap: Citrus Hill Takes a Loss

On Tuesday, the Citrus Hill Hawks didn't have quite enough to beat the Paloma Valley Wildcats and fell 2-1. That's two games in a row now that the Hawks have lost by just one goal.

Their goal came courtesy of Emiliano Guillermo, who's now up to six this season.

Citrus Hill has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7-9 record this season. As for Paloma Valley, their win bumped their record up to 11-9-2.

Citrus Hill didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-1 victory against Hemet on the 30th. Paloma Valley has also already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Valley View on the 29th.
