Volleyball Recap: St. Anthony Village Comes Up Short

If St. Anthony Village was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Fridley on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Huskies came up short against the Totino-Grace Eagles on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Huskies were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

St. Anthony Village's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Totino-Grace, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-1-2 record this season.

St. Anthony Village will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against South St. Paul at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Totino-Grace, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against Rogers at 7:00 p.m. on September 4.
