Basketball Recap: Hudson's Bay Comes Up Short

Hudson's Bay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 23rd straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Mark Morris Monarchs, falling 88-56. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 70-47 back in December of 2024.

Hudson's Bay's record now sits at 0-12. As for Mark Morris, their victory bumped their record up to 12-2.

It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Hudson's Bay Eagles face off against the Hockinson Hawks at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mark Morris, they will be playing at home against Evergreen at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Mark Morris knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Evergreen likes a good challenge.
