Basketball Recap: Quinton Takes a Loss

Quinton played a tough match on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Warner Eagles, falling 52-27. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Savages have suffered against the Eagles since December 1, 2015.

Quinton's defeat was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Warner, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-13 record this season.

Quinton will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Gore at 7:30 p.m. As for Warner, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Okemah at 8:00 p.m. on February 7th.
