Basketball Recap: Albany/Monticello Piles Up the Points Against Ozaukee

With a playoff win on the line, Albany/Monticello rose to the challenge on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Ozaukee Warriors 71-36. Albany/Monticello has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 27 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Albany/Monticello's third in a row) raised their record to 23-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.3 points on average over those games. As for Ozaukee, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Albany/Monticello nor Ozaukee have any future games scheduled.
