Volleyball Recap: Glendale Nitros vs. San Dimas Saints
Glendale's tournament run continued when they took on San Dimas on Saturday. Glendale fell just short of San Dimas by a score of 2-1. The Nitros have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
San Dimas can attribute much of their success to Abel Hagos, who had 33 assists. Hagos has been hot, having posted 18 or more assists the last five times he's played.
Glendale's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for San Dimas, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.
Coincidentally, Glendale and San Dimas will both be playing Duarte the next time they take the court. San Dimas will head out to face Duarte at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Glendale will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
