Palm Springs had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They never let the Desert Hot Springs Golden Eagles get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. Dominic Hernandez had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Palm Springs.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Palm Springs will head out to take on San Jacinto at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Desert Hot Springs, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against Indio at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
