Basketball Recap: Narraguagus Takes a Loss

Narraguagus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost to the Calais Blue Devils on the road by a 64-47 margin. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maine basketball rankings (they are ranked 91st, while the Blue Devils are ranked 21st).

Narraguagus' defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Calais, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4.

Narraguagus won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Sumner at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Calais, they will also get right back to it: they'll square off against Jonesport-Beals at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
