Soccer Recap: Upper Cape Cod RVT Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Upper Cape Cod RVT kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 3-1 to the Wareham Vikings. Upper Cape Cod RVT were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Wareham apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Upper Cape Cod RVT will challenge Southeastern RVT at 3:30 p.m. on September 5. As for Wareham, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Norfolk County Agricultural at 4:00 p.m. on September 8.
