Nathan Gibson posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Saturday. He struck out 13 batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Gibson and Albion will be playing at home against Barker at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
