Mt. Carmel had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Mission Hills Grizzlies. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on October 8th.

Mt. Carmel had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-27, 25-16, 25-18, 15-11.

Mt. Carmel's win bumped their record up to 20-13. As for Mission Hills, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-9.

As of now, neither Mt. Carmel nor the Grizzlies have any future games scheduled.
