Baseball Recap: St. Croix Lutheran Takes a Loss

St. Croix Lutheran lost against St. Croix Prep back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Crusaders lost 12-2 to the Lions. The Crusaders' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it six in a row dating back to last season.

St. Croix Lutheran saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Noah Little, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Isaac Garcia was another, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-2.

St. Croix Lutheran's record is now 0-3. As for St. Croix Prep, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Croix Lutheran will head out to challenge Humboldt at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Croix Prep, they will venture away from home to face off against Breck at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
