Basketball Recap: Mahanoy Area Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Catasauqua, Mahanoy Area was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders by a score of 65-56.

Mahanoy Area's win bumped their record up to 21-4. As for Notre Dame-Green Pond, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 20-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Mahanoy Area nor Notre Dame-Green Pond have any future games scheduled.
