Volleyball Game Preview: Mount Tabor Spartans vs. East Forsyth Eagles

The Mount Tabor Spartans will take on the East Forsyth Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Mount Tabor came up short against West Forsyth on Monday, falling 3-0. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-19, 25-12.

Meanwhile, East Forsyth came up short against Reagan on Friday and fell 3-1. While the Eagles didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Raiders 25-21 in the first set.

East Forsyth started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-8, 25-20, 25-19.

East Forsyth's defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-4. As for Mount Tabor, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
