Baseball Recap: Franklin Heights Takes a Loss

Franklin Heights was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They came up short against the Mifflin Punchers, falling 7-1.

Franklin Heights saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Antwan Steward, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Franklin Heights' loss dropped their record down to 4-18-1. As for Mifflin, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Franklin Heights will take on Briggs at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mifflin, they will be playing at home against East at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
