Soccer Game Preview: Loris vs. North Myrtle Beach

Loris is 0-3 against North Myrtle Beach since April of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. The Loris Lions will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against the North Myrtle Beach Chiefs at 7:30 p.m.

Things were looking good for Loris after they put the first points on the board on Thursday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of Green Sea Floyds by a score of 2-1. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, North Myrtle Beach sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over Conway on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Chiefs in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won five in a row.

North Myrtle Beach now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Loris, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Loris suffered a grim 8-0 defeat to North Myrtle Beach when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can Loris avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
