Declo is 9-1 against Wendell since January of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Declo Hornets will head out to square off against the Wendell Trojans at 7:30 p.m. Wendell took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Declo, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with six defeats in a row, Declo turned things around against Buhl on Thursday. They secured a 40-35 W over the Indians.

Meanwhile, Wendell was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Thursday as they fell 36-32 to West Side.

Declo's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-10. As for Wendell, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4.

Declo came up short against Wendell in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, falling 41-33. Can Declo avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
