Basketball Recap: Westminster Christian Takes a Loss

Westminster Christian blew Hickman out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Saturday Hickman got their revenge. The Westminster Christian Wildcats fell just short of the Hickman Kewpies by a score of 48-45. The loss was the Wildcats' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Westminster Christian fell to 4-1. As for Hickman, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westminster Christian will challenge St. Francis Borgia at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. As for Hickman, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Boonville at 7:30 p.m. on January 8, 2025.
