Northgate hadn't beaten Trinity Christian on the road since September 17, 2018 but that history sure didn't bother them on Thursday. The Vikings narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Lions 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Vikings have posted since September 16th.
Northgate was actually outscored in aggregate across those three sets (57-55), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 15-25, 25-21, 15-11.
