Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Win Is Groveton's Third in Last Four Outings

Zavalla came into Tuesday's match looking for another win against Groveton, but Josiah Allen wouldn't allow it. The Groveton Indians snuck past the Zavalla Eagles with a 37-33 win on Tuesday thanks in part to Allen, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 boards. He has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more rebounds the last four times he's played.

Groveton is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-6 record this season. As for Zavalla, they dropped their record down to 4-9 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
