The Bishop Walsh Spartans came up short against the Heritage Academy Eagles on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Bishop Walsh took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-11, 25-16.

Bishop Walsh's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Heritage Academy, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Bishop Walsh didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against New Life Christian on the 25th. As for Heritage Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Faith Christian Academy on the 22nd.
