Gothenburg came into Tuesday's match looking for another win against Ogallala, but Laney Caskey wouldn't allow it. The Ogallala Indians skirted past the Gothenburg Swedes 65-62 thanks to Caskey, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

Another player making a difference was Shaydyn Rasby, who went 6-for-11 en route to 15 points along with eight boards and three steals. She is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 45% in the last three games she's played.

Ogallala's victory bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Gothenburg, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 16-3.

Ogallala didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-42 win against Maywood/Hayes Center on the 13th. As for Gothenburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 54-37 victory against Kearney Catholic on the 14th.
