Volleyball Recap: Clever Finds Home Court Redemption Against Ash Grove

There's no place like home for Clever, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Ash Grove Pirates on Monday. That's more bragging rights for the Blue Jays, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Clever had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 25-27, 25-18, 25-14, 25-7.

Lauren Bos paced Clever's offense, picking up 15 kills. Bos got some help from Addy Hoover and her 23 assists. Bos was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.
