Volleyball Recap: Nutley Continues Road Dominance on Monday

After losing to Newark Tech the last time they met, Nutley decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Maroon Raiders narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Terries 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Maroon Raiders.

Nutley had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 20-25, 28-26, 25-20.

Nutley pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Newark Tech, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
