Waxahachie came tearing into Tuesday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the DeSoto Eagles get on the board and left with a 21-0 win. Considering the Indians have won 12 matchups by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Waxahachie pushed their record up to 15-7 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs on average over those games. As for DeSoto, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.

Coincidentally, Waxahachie and DeSoto will both be playing Horn the next time they take the field. The Indians will head out to face the Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Eagles will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
