Soccer Recap: Cedar Grove's Undefeated Season over After 12 Games

Cedar Grove was the 4-3 winner over Barringer when they last played one another back in September of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell just short of the Blue Bears by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. The loss was Cedar Grove's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cedar Grove fell to 10-1-1. As for Barringer, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1-1.

Looking ahead, Cedar Grove will head out to square off against Caldwell on Monday. Barringer has already played their next match (against Belleville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
