Football Game Preview: Skyline Coyotes vs. Campo Verde Coyotes + How To Watch

Skyline are taking a road trip to take on Campo Verde at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Skyline has given up an average of 35 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Skyline had to suffer through a 52-14 loss at the hands of Arizona College Prep. While losing is never fun, the Coyotes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona football rankings (they are ranked 124th, while the Knights are ranked 21st).

The losing side was boosted by Caleb Wheeler, who rushed for 101 yards and one TD.

Meanwhile, Campo Verde was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Thursday as they fell 22-17 to Mountain Pointe. The Coyotes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Although Campo Verde took the loss, they still got scores from Wyatt Rauch and Easton Bakutis.

Campo Verde's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Skyline, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Things could have been worse for Skyline, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 31-14 loss to Campo Verde in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can Skyline avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
