Basketball Recap: Magdalena Triumphs

Magdalena won the last time they faced Jal and things went their way on Saturday too. The Magdalena Steers snuck past the Jal Panthers with a 50-45 victory.

Magdalena is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. As for Jal, they moved to 6-6 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Magdalena will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Capitan at 7:00 p.m. As for Jal, they will challenge Ruidoso at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
