Ada-Borup had won five straight games and Austin McCraven did his part to make it six on Friday. The Ada-Borup Cougars breezed past the Lake Park-Audubon Raiders to the tune of 76-34 thanks in part to McCraven, who went 8-for-10 en route to 20 points along with eight assists and seven rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last six games he's played.

Another player making a difference was Connor Nelson, who posted seven points. That's the most points he has posted since back in December of 2024.

Ada-Borup's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.5 points over those games. As for Lake Park-Audubon, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 15 of their last 16 matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-23 record this season.

Coming up, Ada-Borup will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Sacred Heart at 6:00 p.m. Sacred Heart knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight contests -- so hopefully Ada-Borup likes a good challenge. As for Lake Park-Audubon, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 68-63 defeat against Frazee on the 11th.
