Bryan Station's loss ends four-game winning streak at home

Recap: Bryan Station Defenders vs. Madison Central Indians

If the Bryan Station Defenders were riding high off their 64-36 takedown of the Sayre Spartans last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The game between Bryan Station and Madison Central wasn't particularly close, with Bryan Station falling 57-40. The game was a 26-26 toss-up at halftime, but Bryan Station was outscored by Madison Central in the second.

Brittany Campbell was her usual excellent self, scoring 14 points along with four steals for Madison Central. Campbell hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Cameryn Ridderikhoff, who scored eight points along with three steals.

Bryan Station's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-8. As for Madison Central, they pushed their record up to 10-9 with that win, which was their third straight on the road.

Bryan Station will square off against Franklin County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Madison Central, they will be playing at home against Lafayette at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
