Fairview and Rocky Mountain are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2015, but likely not for long. The Fairview Knights will head out to face off against the Rocky Mountain Lobos at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Fairview will be strutting in after a victory while Rocky Mountain will be coming in after a loss.

Fairview gave up the first goal on Tuesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against Fort Collins by a score of 3-1. That's two games straight that the Knights have won by exactly two goals.

They hit Fort Collins with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Zephy Dake, Charlie Aitken, and Abbie Laird.

Rocky Mountain kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against Ralston Valley, falling 3-0. The match was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Lobos it sure didn't stay that way.

Fairview now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Rocky Mountain, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Fairview was able to grind out a solid win over Rocky Mountain in their previous meeting back in May of 2023, winning 2-0. Will Fairview repeat their success, or does Rocky Mountain have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
