Soccer Recap: Patton Starts Season with Win on the Road

Patton had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. Their defense stepped up to hand the South Caldwell Spartans a 5-0 shutout on Tuesday. Trevin Lavoie was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

Coming up, Patton will challenge Lincolnton at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for South Caldwell, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Caldwell at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
