Kaylee Kadans put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in April of 2024 on Friday. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over six innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Kadans' strong effort led Riverside over Potomac Falls and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
