Basketball Recap: Newman International Academy Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

The Warriors lost against the Warriors back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Newman International Academy Warriors lost to the Newman International Academy Warriors at home by a 49-30 margin.

Ayden Pillow was nothing short of spectacular for the Warriors: she went 8 for 18 en route to 20 points and six steals. Another player making a difference was Adaolisa Nda, who posted four points along with six rebounds and six blocks.

The Warriors' defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-7. As for the Warriors, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 14-12 record this season.
