Volleyball Recap: Maroa-Forsyth Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Maroa-Forsyth lost against Pana back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trojans fell 2-0 to the Panthers.

Maroa-Forsyth was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-23.

Morgan Woolum paced Maroa-Forsyth's offense, picking up ten kills. Woolum got some help from Jacy Ravenscraft and her 12 assists. Lainey Larner controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Maroa-Forsyth's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Pana, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Maroa-Forsyth wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against St. Teresa on the 11th. As for Pana, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Staunton on the 11th.
